Monika Simorova

Monika Simorova focuses her practice on general corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, energy and energy regulatory matters and real estate acquisition and development projects in both, a domestic and international context.

She was recommended by Chambers Global for corporate and M&A matters in Slovakia.

Monika is a co-author of Slovak chapters „Electricity Regulation 2012“ published in Getting the Deal Through by Law Business Research in 2012 and “Arbitration 2013“ published in Getting the Deal Through by Law Business Research in 2013.

Monika is a member of the Slovak Bar Association and Austrian Arbitration Association/YAAP.

Monika is currently on maternity leave.
