Matej Jankovic

Matej Jankovič joined Barger Prekop in 2018. Matej has experience representing domestic and international clients on a variety of local and cross-border matters. Matej focuses his practice, in particular, on real estate, M&A, EU competition law and state aid, dispute resolution, general corporate and commercial matters.

Matej also participated in the World Bank Group project - Doing Business in the European Union 2018 as a Legal Consultant & Private Sector Development Analyst and co-authored the World Bank Group report: Doing Business in the European Union 2018: Croatia, Czech Republic, Portugal and Slovakia.

Prior to joining Barger Prekop, Matej worked for a leading Slovak law firm as well as for a global international law firm.

He is a member of Slovak Bar Association.
