Lucia Pap Pressburgerova

Lucia has over a decade of legal experience advising financial institutions and entities from various sectors on international and domestic transactions. Lucia focuses her practice on M&A, debt finance, private equity and related corporate transactional matters. Her extensive experience ranges from corporate finance, project finance, syndicated lending and bonds to venture capital and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Barger Prekop in 2017, Lucia worked at the largest Czech and Slovak law firm and for more than five years at a major global law firm as a member of the Banking & Finance practice group and was equally active in the M&A practice group.
