Richard Sustek

Richard joined the team in 2016 as a law clerk and after graduating from Comenius University in Bratislava, he has continued with Barger Prekop as an associate. Richard has experience in litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, with particular focus on construction and real estate disputes. He also has experience in the judiciary as he interned at the Commercial division of the Slovak Supreme Court. Richard co-authored Slovakia’s arbitration chapter in Getting the Deal Through by Lexology.
