Marcel Tuhy

Marcel Tuhy has over 9 years of experience in working for international and domestic clients. Marcel focuses his practice on M&A, general corporate and commercial matters and banking and finance, including operation and regulation of related entities. Marcel has particular experience in power engineering projects. He has also participated in a European Commission analysis regarding Renewable Energy Directive implementation in the EU 27 Member States.

Marcel authored a number of articles, including “The International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate 2013. Chapter: Slovakia” published by the Global Legal Group in 2013 and “Position of businesses improved” originally published in the schoenherr roadmap`12 in 2012 and taken over by several legal know-how providers.
